It is our commitment to ensure all orders are shipped to the customer in a timely manner in accordance with the following policy:

FUEL SURCHARGE:

All orders that ship out of our Montgomery warehouse will be assessed a Fuel Surcharge. This surcharge will not apply to shipments containing only backordered items. This surcharge is based on the nationally-publicized rate for a gallon of diesel as listed on www.eia.gov and will be updated on the first business day of each month.

SHIPPING & HANDLINE – STANDARD

Commercial Addresses:

• All orders totaling $400 or more that ship to a commercial address will be shipped freight prepaid. These shipment will still be assessed the above fuel surcharge.
• All orders totaling less than $400 that ship to a commercial address will be assessed an $8.00 Shipping & Handling fee in addition to the fuel surcharge.

Residential Addresses:

• All orders that ship to a residential address regardless of size will be assessed an $8.00 Shipping & Handling fee in addition to the fuel surcharge.

SHIPPING & HANDLING – SPECIAL

Any order requiring Special Handling (overnight, courier, etc.) will be billed at actual shipping and handling cost, unless other special arrangements are made prior to actual shipping and approved by management.
